Previously, I'd been looking for a Citizen watch, but was unable to find one which combined all of Citizen's best features. At a $525 price point, it's incredible to get an eco-drive watch, with perpetual (atomic) time, titanium band and sapphire glass.Having worn the watch for a week, I can say that it's not cumbersome like some watches. It sits nicely on my wrist and doesn't appear "too big". The watch has a very comprehensive instruction manual and adjusting the time is very easy. There are a lot of functions and it will take a while to get used to them all. Many functions and indicators work by rotating the watch's second hand which can be somewhat confusing unless you're used to it and know what the readings are. It's not always intuitive. The watch is useful for American users (with LA, Denver, Chicago and New York) but only has one timezone... I'm sold on Citizen for two primary reasons: 1) I love the brand name, and the company history; and 2) Eco-drive is just an elegant accomplishment from the standpoint of both design and (power) technology. Having said all that, my stainless Skyhawk, though I loved it, was just too damn heavy. I'm a big guy, with big arms, but I was much more aware of that watch than I wanted to be. Also, the complexity of functions provided by the watch's computer also turned out to be overkill for what I truly needed a watch to be. This Perpetual Chrono A-T (titanium) solves both of those problems, while staying true to the Citizen brand & Eco-drive.
