He loved the look of it but found setting the date was a bit hard to do and the band was too big. When he attempted to make the band smaller, he ended up contacting Citizen for some assistance. It turns out, a special Citizen tool is to be used to remove extra links. He found a store that carried this brand and they did the adjustment for him.
