A dress watch should be simple, subtle, and elegant. This watch is elegant, but simple and subtle it is not. Still, the reputation of the Eco-Drive line, and the overall quality of Citizen watches make this an excellent choice for wearing at the office. A couple of nit picks - the large lume hour markers unnecessarily clutter the face; and the date display is so deep in the watch that at the 12 o'clock position you have to really twist your wrist in order to see it without shadows from the more superficial structures obscuring the date.My other concern is that while Amazon states they are an authorized dealer, none of the four Citizens I've purchased from them come with the warranty card stamped by them. According to Citizen, to have warranty service the card must be stamped by an authorized dealer at purchase time. Chances are, my watch won't need to take advantage of this, but it would still be reassuring to... I was drawn to it immediately because of the three dimensional dial. It's a new EcoDrive model,I believe, and the hand arrangement combined with the 3D dial makes the watch beautiful. This watch however looks good in the picture, but in real life I found to be disappointing. The face is too small for my liking. It feels cheap compared to other Citizen products I have.
